A Blue Life?

 In Honour of Suicide Awareness

Hello,
This is a blog about feeling "blue" in Life, and having a negative point of view/ perspective about our participation(s) in it (not about an adventure in a blue perspective on Life, as that's another story). There are many people globally that feel this way, due to a "kazillion" different experiences/ reasons. Many of us have "slipped in and out" of such feelings throughout our life times, and may still in the future. As I have experienced this myself on many occasions, and I am aware of how much it can change a person.
Example/ confession (some know of course):
I use to be very negative and "grump" over what seemed to some as "much". Often I felt that I should "hibernate" from the world, and become a hermit! Now a days I have "grown out of it" quite a bit, but the "nag" is still there every once in a while. Thus a continual attempt to "banish" such thoughts.
These negative thoughts are seldom helpful; unless using them to see our errs for correctional attempt purposes. So I try to keep this in mind, and keep myself busy with creativity whenever I feel blue about Life. I find it very therapeutic actually, especially when our "angels" are MIA.
This is when things can seem the bleakest for many in life... A.K.A. "the calm before the storm". And it has event become known to some as a "syndrome" with "symptoms" even called "SAD". In times like this I have often found it to be a sign that I needed to change something, and it's up to me alone (or with the right guidance). Many times the "inspiration" to recognize & change what's needed is around us. As many times it's from others, out surroundings, or within ourselves that clarity/ peace is to be found.
We need confidence in those around us, our surroundings, and ourselves - as the people we are. To remember that Life always changes, and as they say "when you're at the bottom, you can only go up"!!!

Take care & Safe travels
